Order Cancellations or Modifications

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us at support@gaiastears.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and once they are in transit, changes are not possible.

Issues with Your Gaia's Tears Products?

Our goal is to ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your items, please let us know right away. Instead of returning the item, simply send photos or videos that clearly show the problem to support@gaiastears.com. Our team will review the issue and provide you with the best possible solution. We aim to make this process straightforward and hassle-free for you!

Note: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. Requests made after this period may not qualify for a replacement.

Seeking a Refund?

If your purchase from Gaia's Tears did not meet your expectations, we are here to help. Contact us at support@gaiastears.com with photos or videos demonstrating the issue. We will assess the situation and, if approved, process your refund promptly. Refunds to debit/credit cards may take up to 30 days, while PayPal refunds typically process in 3-5 business days.

Note: Ensure to reach out within 30 days of receiving your items. Requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund. Please note that items received as part of special offers are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returning Your Gaia's Tears Items

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. To return your items, please contact us within 30 days at support@gaiastears.com. We will provide you with a return label, which is included in your package and is free of charge.

Note: We do not accept exchanges, and all returned items must be in new and slightly used condition. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Our return method is by mail. Refund processing time is typically 3-5 business days after we receive your returned items.
